The NHS interview, and how to rehearse it out loud.

WHAT WE ALREADY KNOW ABOUT THIS INTERVIEW
“NHS” is not one employer. It is a UK wide system that includes NHS England, trusts, foundation trusts, integrated care boards and other health organisations, so the exact interview expectations will depend on the employing organisation.
NHS organisations are working through major changes in how care is delivered, including more care in communities and at home, stronger prevention, and wider use of digital services.
The wider NHS is balancing demand, waiting times, financial control, productivity and quality. A strong answer should show that you can improve a service without treating safety or patient experience as expendable.
Every one of these came from something we read about NHS. The sources are linked, so you can check them.
