Name something concrete
A specific problem the team has, or something they shipped. Not the perks and not the culture page.
Connect it to work you enjoy
Show the overlap between what they need doing and what you actually like doing.
Say what you are running toward
Not what you are running from. A complaint about your last job answers a different question.
What most people get wrong: they describe the company back to itself. Anything you could have written after five minutes on the homepage tells the interviewer nothing.
